Design & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Design and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about both design and marketing, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to contribute to a variety of exciting projects and wonderful portfolio of clients.

Roles and responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Collaboratively manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, reels, and stories.
Develop and execute social media campaigns, monitor performance, and engage with the audience.
Campaign Creation and Management:
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including budget allocation and collaboration with clients and partner businesses.
Execute campaigns by working closely with the graphic designer/director, photographers, and videographers.
Marketing Duties:
Book and coordinate client photoshoots, provide onsite assistance, and manage pre-planning and scheduling.
Use Adobe Suite or Canva to create engaging content.
Oversee e-commerce management and create email campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
Run monthly email and social campaign reports for clients, analyse performance, and provide actionable suggestions for future campaigns.
Design and Production:
Support overall design roles and production of design collateral.
Take the lead on some design and production of digital and print communications, ensuring alignment with multichannel concepts and brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain brand design and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all media.
Create and manage website designs on platforms such as Shopify and Squarespace, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience.
Website Design and Management:
Design and implement visually appealing and functional websites on Shopify and Squarespace.
Ensure websites are optimised for performance, user experience, and SEO.
Integrate e-commerce solutions, ensuring seamless online shopping experiences.
Regularly update and maintain website content, graphics, and layout.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective website designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues promptly.
Project Management:
Manage the agency's workload and project timelines, ensuring timely completion and transparent communications.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Current driver’s license.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (Design).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience in Meta Business Suite and Meta ads.
Experience in Later, Canva, Campaign Monitor and/or MailChimp
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and open to learning more.
Experience in website design and/or website management – update design, e-commerce management, and editing of websites in Squarespace and Shopify.
Excellent soft skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with our clients and other team members.
